Memorandum on Transit Letter 01517 from the German Consul, shanghai to the Foreign Office,berlin, presenting a scheme for establishing a central German merchant firm in East Asia, through. which German exporters may sell their goods after the war.
It is thought that the Australian authorities would perhaps be interested to know of this scheme.
